black swan. (Cygnus atratus). The black swan is a bird native to Australia. May be found in the East and the West, but not in the hot wet center or the north.
Since its discovery in 1697, has become the "motif" favorite ornamental ponds in Europe and later America. Despite its worldwide extension, intruduce is not in the local fauna, although no record of couples who have been reared in Austria, Slovenia and the Netherlands.
chicks are born covered with white down and like the other swans or loons, enjoy traveling comfortably sit on the back of their parents while they swim.
